Key West Wedding | Alicia & Tim

What a whirlwind these past few months have been! We have been staying super busy as a Daytona Beach photographer.  I want to share some special moments from a Key West wedding that we recently photographed because it was such a breezy and beautiful ceremony. As a Daytona Beach wedding photographer we can honestly say that photographing on the beach is just our everyday routine but this was a nice breath of fresh air for us. There were incredible views from Southernmost Point Resort that were breathtaking. Little back story here, we were put in touch with Alicia & Tim through a dear family friend. Alicia and I chatted on the phone about her destination wedding and we were super excited to be a part of capturing their Key West nuptials.

As a Daytona Beach wedding photographer we are used to working with out of state clients. Obviously with destination weddings we can’t always meet the couple before the wedding so the first time we met Alicia and Tim was the day of the wedding! We quickly connected with their tight knit family and celebrated alongside them as Alicia & Tim sealed the deal! The ceremony was followed by a conch send off and that was a total first for us. The ceremony was simply stunning with the natural ocean backdrop under the shade of swaying palm trees and their seaside ceremony was inspired by elegance and a little slice of paradise. It came as no surprise that their wedding cake had a touch of key lime!

It was clear to see that Alicia & Tim were made for each other and we had an amazing time photographing their beautiful Key West wedding. From the nervous giggles before the ceremony to the flirty formals towards the end of the evening, it was impossible to ignore the joy and love that Alicia and Tim shared. I don’t know if it was the incredible Key Lime pie or that love was truly in the air but it seemed like even people just passing by felt the happiness exuding from Alicia and Tim as they cheered.
