Bradenton Beach Photographer | Does Bradenton Beach have good beaches?
As a Bradenton Beach Photographer, we are going to delve into everything that makes Bradenton Beach an underrated paradise.
- Low Crowds
- Beautiful Beaches
- Laid Back vibe
- Scenic Nature
First and foremost, what is Bradenton Beach known for? The sugary white sand shoreline, outdoor activities, fishing, scenery and sparkling clear water.
People often ask, “which beach in Florida has the clearest water?”
Bradenton Beach almost always has pretty clear water. Of the beaches that I have visited, it seems to be very consistent too.
Does Bradenton have good beaches?
Yes, Bradenton Beach is a beautiful gulf coast beach with clear turquoise water and white sandy beaches.
It’s one of our favorite beaches to visit as a family because the water is often so calm and clear. We really enjoy the charm and relaxed vibe that Bradenton Beach has to offer.
Is Bradenton Beach a nice area?
Bradenton Beach is just about as slow and easy going as the gulf coast tide. The beaches are remarkably scenic and Bradenton Beach is very laid back and charming.
There are less than a thousand permanent residents in Bradenton Beach but it can attract a good number of visitors on peak days. The abundance of picturesque scenery is what draws people to this quaint Gulfside town.
Are Bradenton and Bradenton Beach the same?
No, Bradenton is located on the mainland and Bradenton Beach is located on Anna Maria Island.
Bradenton Beach is approximately 1 square mile and much different than it’s mainland counterpart, which has a population of over 55,000 and a bustling atmosphere with lots of shopping and restaurants.
Does Bradenton have a public beach?
Yes, Bradenton Beach has one of my favorite public beaches known as Coquina Beach and then Cortez Beach as well.
Coquina Beach offers plentiful free parking, restrooms, changing areas, shaded picnic tables and an on-duty lifeguard.
We love to visit Coquina Beach with floats in hand, so that we can soak in the serenity while floating in the calm water.
I recommend packing a cooler lunch with a Publix sub to enjoy at the picnic tables. The picnic tables are underneath the pine trees and you have a gorgeous view of the beach.
Is Bradenton Beach crowded?
No, Bradenton Beach isn’t usually crowded. During peak season, you may experience some traffic but the beaches rarely feel crowded.
In fact, I often seek out Bradenton Beach when I just want to go to the beach and relax. There are no high rise condos and it doesn’t feel like a tourist destination.
I have never experienced a shortage of parking at Coquina Beach like I have at Holmes Beach or Siesta Key. If you are looking to escape the hustle and bustle of busy Florida beach towns then Bradenton Beach is the perfect choice.
Is Bradenton Beach Worth a visit?
Absolutely, Bradenton Beach boasts some of the best beaches in Florida. Bradenton Beach is a place to slow down and enjoy the scenery, so it may not be for you if you like to stay busy.
I am a Bradenton Beach photographer that spends a lot of time photographing a variety of beaches and I strongly suggest you check out Bradenton Beach, especially Coquina Beach. It’s one of my personal favorite locations to unwind and recalibrate.
