Today I am so excited to post this dreamy family portrait session at the Canaveral National Seashore. We photographed this session right after this wonderful family renewed their wedding vows on this stunning sandy oasis with Paradise Beach Weddings which did a phenomenal job by the way.

I will admit we are a little behind on posting our recent sessions, we have had a very fun few weeks and it has definitely kept us pretty busy. We have another  Daytona Beach Photography session to post and many more. We will definitely be better about getting everything posted!

Back to this adorable beach photography session. If you are visiting Daytona Beach this summer I highly recommend planning a trip to Canaveral National Seashore…. it isn’t too far and it is worth the trip! It’s tucked away from all of the hustle and bustle and just really gorgeous.

It was EXTRA windy during this session but of course that didn’t stop us from having fun! When working outdoors you always have to be prepared for whatever nature might throw at you. Especially in Florida where nature tends to be all over the place.

I love when we practically have the beach to ourselves and that’s what makes this location one of our absolute favorites. You get this feeling of peace and solitude when all you hear is the sound of the waves crashing and you can focus on creating amazing memories. It truly leaves you feel rejuvenated. Many families who are visiting Florida on their Disney vacation enjoy escaping to the beach for a little while and I think that there is no better souvenir from Florida than beach portraits.
